Below you'll find detailed information about our delivery times, charges, and what to expect once you place an order.

Standard Delivery (Domestic – U.S. Only)

Our standard delivery service is available for all orders across the continental United States.

  • Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

  • Shipping Fee: $4.95 flat rate

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50

  • Carrier: USPS or UPS Ground, depending on your location

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor the progress of your package at any time.

Express Delivery (Domestic – U.S. Only)

Need your order in a hurry? Choose our express delivery option for faster shipping.

  • Delivery Time: 1 to 2 business days

  • Shipping Fee: $12.95

  • Carrier: FedEx Express, UPS 2nd Day, or a similar expedited service

Please note that express orders placed after 2 PM (EST) may be processed the following business day.

International Shipping

We’re proud to ship TÚZY Cosmetics products worldwide. Whether you're in Europe, Asia, Australia, or beyond, we’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

  • Delivery Time: 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country

  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order

  • Customs & Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping fees.

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next business day. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Important Notes

  • Peak Season Delays: During promotional periods, holidays, or new product launches, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended due to high order volumes.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

  • P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses: At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or military addresses.

  • Delivery Confirmation: Once your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, TÚZY Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, or consider using a secure delivery location.
