EU Delivery Charges

We’re thrilled to bring TÚZY Cosmetics to our European customers! Below you'll find detailed information about shipping charges, delivery times, and important customs information for all countries within the European Union.

Standard EU Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 5 to 8 business days

  • Shipping Fee: €7.95 flat rate

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over €60

  • Tracking: All EU orders are shipped with tracked services via reliable carriers such as DHL, DPD, or local postal partners.

Express EU Shipping (Selected Countries Only)

  • Delivery Time: 2 to 4 business days

  • Shipping Fee: €19.95

  • Availability: Express delivery is available in select EU countries including Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, and Spain. More countries may be added soon.

Customs, Duties & VAT

  • **All orders shipped within the EU are duty-free and inclusive of VAT.
    There are no additional customs fees or import charges—what you see at checkout is what you pay.

  • Our EU orders are dispatched from our European fulfillment partner or a customs-cleared logistics facility to ensure smooth delivery and fast processing.

Order Processing Time

  • All EU orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the time of purchase.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted logistics providers across Europe to ensure timely and safe delivery. Depending on your location, your package may be delivered by local carriers such as PostNL, La Poste, GLS, or Hermes.

Important Notes

  • During busy periods (sales, launches, holidays), delivery may take slightly longer than expected.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or returned parcels.

  • We currently do not ship to non-EU countries through this shipping method (e.g. Norway, Switzerland). For these locations, please refer to our International Shipping policy.

Returns & Exchanges (EU Customers)

We want you to love your TÚZY Cosmetics experience. If something isn’t quite right, we offer an easy and flexible return process for EU customers.

Return Eligibility

You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened cosmetics unless the item is faulty.

  • Sale items and limited-edition products may be marked as final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care Team at support@tuzycosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide the appropriate return address.

  • Return Shipping: At this time, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.


Important Notes

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

  • Refunds are only issued for returned products, not shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).

  • For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping method when sending returns.
