Our return policy covers both cosmetics and fashion items (such as clothing, accessories, and beauty tools) and applies to orders shipped domestically and internationally, including within the European Union.
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original tags, labels, seals, and packaging intact. Any signs of use, wear, or damage may disqualify the item from being eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you believe you’ve received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, cosmetics and skincare products have specific return conditions:
Products that are unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging
Items received damaged or defective
Incorrect items sent in error (e.g., wrong shade, wrong product)
Opened, swatched, or used cosmetics (even if used only once)
Products with broken hygiene seals or damaged packaging (unless received that way)
Free gifts or promotional items
Personalized or made-to-order items
We know that selecting the right shade or formula online can be tricky. While we do not accept returns on opened items, our support team is always happy to assist with product recommendations and color matching to minimize the chance of ordering the wrong product.
We accept returns on most fashion items, including apparel, accessories, and non-cosmetic beauty tools, provided they meet the following conditions:
Clothing and accessories in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition
Items with all original tags attached
Shoes returned in their original shoebox, free from wear
Unused beauty tools (e.g., hairbrushes, gua sha, facial rollers) in original packaging
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show signs of use
Undergarments, swimwear, or bodysuits without the original hygiene seal
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable
Jewelry for pierced areas (such as earrings) due to hygiene reasons
We recommend trying on garments indoors and avoiding contact with perfumes, makeup, or deodorants to keep them return-eligible.
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
Contact Us
Email support@tuzycosmetics.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return
Clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Receive Return Authorization
Our Customer Support team will confirm whether your item is eligible and provide the return shipping address and instructions.
Package Your Return
Securely package the items in their original box (or a comparable box) to avoid damage during return transit. Be sure to include your name, order number, and contact information inside the package.
Ship the Item
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items). We recommend using a tracked shipping method for peace of mind.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like to receive a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for your desired item.
If your item was damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost, subject to availability.
For customers outside the United States or European Union:
Please note that duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
All other return conditions listed above apply.
We recommend checking with your local postal service for the best shipping rates and keeping your tracking number for reference.
We reserve the right to deny returns in the following circumstances:
Returns sent without prior authorization
Items received beyond the 30-day return window
Items not in their original, sellable condition
Excessive or repeated returns without valid reason (to protect against abuse of our return policy)
In such cases, the item will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
Once your return is received and approved, the refund process will begin:
Return Received: We receive the returned item at our warehouse.
Inspection: We inspect the condition of the item within 2–3 business days.
Refund Initiated: Refund is processed back to your original payment method.
Refund Completed: It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
If your refund has not been received within 10 business days after confirmation, please contact us.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. These include:
Clearance or discounted items
Limited-edition products
Gift sets
Free promotional items
Personalized or customized items
